I thought it would be a great idea to list some of the feedback we get from our customers.

And thank you to all our customers who take the time to let us know how happy they are with our products. It is always great to hear positive feedback. I share all of these with the employees here at the mill.

Thank you very much for the extra effort you both gave for my rush-order. The rugs are beautiful on my hardwood floors and compliment my primitive folk art theme. The order arrived the following Thursday, which took seven days, in time for my house guests. Again thank you so much. I greatly appreciated your extra touches and consideration.

Thanks for your excellent customer service. Great customer service is very hard to find these days. I look forward to receiving the rugs. I will be ordering a couple more custom ones in the near future.

I received my rugs today. The color is perfect, exactly as described and perfectly made!!! Other than the rug being so beautiful, the service was A+++. Every time I emailed I got a response that same day.

I wanted to let you all know that I received my rugs on Wednesday afternoon. They are simply gorgeous and are exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with every aspect of my experience with all of you that I just wanted to let you know….everyone I spoke with or corresponded with was so friendly and professional.

Please tell Arvelena, who made my rug, that she did an outstanding job and that she provided my family room with a gorgeous finishing touch!

We just received our order of stair treads and one larger rug, first the
service was superior!!! I had my rugs within one week of you receiving
my check and I just love them. They look absolutely wonderful on our

We just wanted to thank you for the extra time you put into our order for a customer. She seen a rug hanging in our shoppe and wanted (4) area rugs just like the one she was looking at. I would like to thank you all so much for the beautiful job that was done in the repairing of my braided rug.

I am sure you can all imagine how upset I was when my puppy chewed a whole in the rug. I thought I was going to have to order another rug, but thanks to all of you I was saved that expense.

We received our shipment of chair pads and area rugs last week. They look fabulous, and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with your whole process.

The order was simple to place, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the shipment arrived in great shape and in a timely manner. Colonial Braided Rugs has been a pleasure to work with, and I thought you needed to know how appreciative we are.

We received our two rugs yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful! We are so pleased with both. The color are perfect in our family room and hallway.

It has bee such a pleasure to deal with the Colonial Braided Rug Co. When we stopped by on our vacation in August, both my husband and I were so impressed with the attention we were given by you, Sheila. You were so patient while I made my choices. We left feeling as thought we had known you and some of the other employees for years. you were outstanding!

We will certainly be coming back for more rugs, as our children just love the ones we brought them back. They still need more, however, so I'll be in touch.
